What You'll Do
1.Support Hong Kong and US stock listing compliance and corporate governance, including board and shareholder meeting administration, and information disclosure.
2.Draft and review external cooperation agreements and vendor service agreements, ensuring contract compliance and security.
3.Participate in daily legal department operations, including compliance advisory, legal research, and other assignments.
4.Under 1:1 mentorship from senior legal counsel, progressively take on independent compliance review and contract examination.
5.Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency in legal research, contract review, and compliance analysis.
Who We're Looking For
1.Class of 2026/2027, Bachelor of Laws or above.
2.Hong Kong or overseas top-tier law school background preferred.
3.Fluent Mandarin, excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
4.Solid legal foundation, detail-oriented, rigorous, with basic understanding of compliance and corporate governance.
5.Must hold valid Hong Kong work authorization.
Any of the following a strong plus:
1.top-tier law firm / financial institution legal internship / moot court competition / legal journal publication / student leadership in legal aid clinic.
2.AI-curious: you use AI tools to boost legal research and documentation work (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.).
3. self-starter, resilient, achievement-hungry, comfortable with ambiguity.
