RESPONSIBILITY 1:
Manage product design
1.Plan the actions and tasks of product design.
>I check the feasibility of sport macro-planning for the project
>I co-write the micro planning with the actors of the project group.
>I formalize and animate the necessary design resources of the product (human, financial).
>I define and develop a network of specialists to meet specific internal or external needs.

2.Coordinate the progress of product design.
> I plan and ensure effective meetings, especially on my milestones.
> I report on progress to the project monitoring committees.
>I monitor project objectives (sustainable development, cost, quality, deadline).
>I update the micro-planning.
>I coordinate all the designers (ICT, Pack, Prototypist, ICM, Designer, Modellers, etc.).
>I participate in the closing of the project.

RESPONSIBILITY 2:
Validate product feasibility
To study the feasibility of the product.
>I participate in Functional Analysis.
>I characterize the main functions.
>I make sure I have the right means of measuring (testing) the functionalities.
>I participate in Valor Analysis
>collaborate, challenge and co-opt the product brief.
>I validate an ex-works price target according to the product brief
>I validate the allegations products to make sure what will be claimed.
>I analyze patents and I conduct a prior art search to ensure that my project is free of rights.
>I analyze the performance (quality, customer satisfaction, SD, techniques) of the products. previous ones.
>I know and take into account if necessary the regulations in force.
>I do a risk analysis and/or an FMEA (GPSR law)
>I estimate the production cost (ex-works price) and the environmental impact by initiating the BOM.
>I collect the necessary information and animate the OK feasibility milestone of the product.
>I co-validate the feasibility of the product.
>I study the panel of referenced suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITY 3:
E-co-designing products
1.Co-define the product architecture.
>I apply the product strategy and tactics of my entity.
>I co-define the architecture that meets the expected functions.
>I co-define the components that meet the expected functions.
>I realize or make realize a physical and/or digital first sample.
>I simulate the costs of the monster with different finishes.
>I integrate the evolution of standards.
>I adapt the design scheme of the product (integration, collaboration, delegation).
>I launch creative workshops (concept research, technology transfer) to promote innovation

2.Reduce the environmental impact.
>I design so that I can claim the label ECO-DESIGNED (durability, repairability, environmental impact, recyclability, etc.).
>I do an environmental pre-assessment in the PLM to validate the simulation upstream.
>I integrate SD issues into my PVP (ex: measurement of your impact sustainability).
>I co-define an architecture that promotes separable and repairable solutions.
>I optimize material consumption on all my products.
>I co-choose my referenced supplier / partner through its low CO2 impact actions/processes.
>I eco-innovate by using mono-material (recyclability).

3.Run the tests and validate the results.
>I initiate PVP.
>I organize the realization of the prototype which will validate all the functions.
>I obtain a pre-validation of the product in use.
>I launch the various product tests (function, field, simulations, lab).
>I launch the various component tests referenced or not (toxico, resistance, etc.).
>I analyze and validate the test results.
>I ensure the safety of the products.J
>I participate in writing tests with the test engineer when there is a new or specific need.

4.Adapt and formalize the design for optimized industrial production.
>I launch the project and involve the DPPs.
>I get feedback and advice from the industrial teams (techpack and design).
>I adapt the design to optimize productivity/capacity/capability, deadlines and price.
>I challenge the CBD to validate the ex-works price, which I’m responsible for.
>I get prototypes (test, selection, photo shoot, master sample).
>I debrief the quality of each proto supplier or API.

5.Validate the product.
>I confirm that the functional prototype meets the expectations of the validation plan.
>I validate the Validation Plan.
>I confirm the choice of components.
>I co-validate the packaging with the packaging engineer ensuring its legal compliance.
>I validate compliance based on the rules given by the compliance team.
>I accompany the fitting and long-term use tests.
>I control and validate all the techpack design deliverables.
>I complete the “Country Homologation”
>I generate the techpack in the PLM.
>I control the “MASTER SAMPLES”with the designer +Techpack and sign them.
>I follow the product approval process(Go Indus and Conception Go Prod) in the PLM.
>I validate the Design milestones in the PLM.

RESPONSIBILITY 4:
Guarantee products and data quality
1.Guarantee the quality of the data produced throughout the project.
>I update the information of the product in the PLM.
>I guarantee the -E-BOM quality.
>I guarantee the environmental evaluation quality.
>I guarantee the quality of the eco-designed actions claimed in the appropriate tool.
>I update the data quality, deadlines.
>I complete the legal marking.
>I complete the characteristics of the product.
>I complete the CIF.
>I finalize, challenge and publish a clear and complete TechPack.

2.Ensure the quality and conformity of products on the market.
>I carry out controls in stores or warehouses.
>I launch the self-checks (EU) and global equivalents.
>I analyze the RED to make continuous improvement.
>I follow the indicators quality (RPM & avis clients).
>I know how to detect unacceptable situations when I am in a factory.
>I am involved in the development of the standards of my products.

3.Capitalize on project experience.
>I put the product eco-design evidence in the appropriate tool.
>I capitalize all project and product data (research, patents, tests, milestones, debrief files, CS, etc.).
>I apply the procedure for managing master samples on my products.
>I capitalize on proof of product compliance (tests, self-checks, declarations, etc.).
>I capitalize on the problems quality (DPS).
>I capitalize on concept studies (exploration, innovation, etc.).

RESPONSIBILITY 5:
Explore and feed the design strategy
1.Explore and observe my product context.
>I am connected to internal networks (ICT, PL, IM, etc…).
>I conduct a technology watch, component, product, process, eco-design.
>I participate in forums.
>I identify possible developments and estimate their speed of application.
>I launch the anteriority search.
>I identify possible technology transfers and breakthroughs (Innovation).
>I challenge the relevance of the product offer.

2.Elaborate and share my product tactics to feed my entity's strategy.
>I formalize how the transformation of my products can take place.
>I define my design scheme.
>I define the main lines of eco-design.
>I measure the necessary means.
>I simulate my transformation schedule.
>I present my product tactics to the team as well as to processes and purchasing.
>I adjust my product tactics.
>I influence and co-write my team's technical strategy aligned with my product tactics.
