岗位职责
- Provide customers with an extraordinary experience upon the delivery of their XPENG vehicle
- Communicate with customers to ensure peace of mind and keep them well-informed
- Participate in managing the delivery process and ensure accurate documentation
- Plan and coordinate deliveries within the team, focusing on minimizing wait times
- Ensure close coordination with Sales, Service, and Logistics
- Actively participate in the operational delivery process and delivery events
- Be flexible and able to assist the sales department when needed – including on weekends if required
