岗位职责
Business Development & Commercial Performance
- Support the Business Development team with analysis, reporting and decision-making material
- Monitor and analyse partner profitability, commercial performance and relevant KPIs
- Develop reports and dashboards for management and the Business Development team
- Identify trends, deviations, risks and improvement opportunities
- Translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Support business cases related to network development and commercial initiatives
- Support partner meetings, business reviews and other Business Development activities
Commission Management & Operational Control
- Support and coordinate monthly and quarterly partner commission calculations
- Perform initial validation of data and KPI performance related to commission settlements
- Prepare commission documentation for review and approval
- Coordinate the process with Finance and relevant internal stakeholders
- Support accurate documentation, transparency and timely processing
- Support the development and automation of commission processes as the network grows
Strategy & Project Coordination
- Support the development and execution of XPENG Norway's Business Development strategy
- Support and coordinate selected Business Development projects and strategic initiatives
- Maintain project plans and follow up milestones, responsibilities and deadlines
- Support cross-functional coordination where required
- Follow up agreed actions and contribute to turning plans into concrete activities
AI & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation within Business Development
- Support improvements to processes related to analysis, reporting, data management and recurring operational tasks
- Test and implement relevant AI tools and workflows
- Explore new ways of using technology to improve quality and efficiency
- Support increased AI capabilities and smarter ways of working across the Business Development team

岗位要求
- Relevant higher education within business, finance, economics, analytics or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Practical knowledge of and strong interest in AI and automation
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Curious, structured and eager to learn
- Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
