Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business goals

Develop and implement strategies to grow the Business Banking portfolio within the Institutional Banking Group

Oversee the team's performance and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure continuous improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a business banking portfolio

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the banking industry
