岗位描述
1. Deliver full projects by defining the data structure, framework, design, and evaluation metrics for AI solution development and implementation;
2. Develop and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) to empower search and agent systems for a variety of applications;
3.Identify new and upcoming product innovation areas by interacting with potential external and internal collaborators;
4. Identify undefined problems in existing technology and engage stakeholders and leaders to address them.

岗位要求
1. PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields;
2. Ability to implement and verify state-of-the-art NLP or Computer Vision algorithms;
3. Experience in successfully applying machine learning approaches to real-world personalization problems;
4. Experience with building large language models;
5. Knowledge of statistical methods, with strong mathematical skills;
6. Excellent problem-solving and programming skills in Python.
