IT Intern (Application)

Responsibilities

Workday Asia Project

1. Support Saint-Gobain's Workday Asia implementation project, including data migration governance, data validation and cleansing activities.

2. Assist in the implementation and testing of system integrations between Workday and other Asia applications, including payroll and downstream systems.

3. Participate in Workday system testing, defect tracking, user acceptance testing (UAT).

Asia Application Support

1. Support daily operations and continuous improvement of regional HR applications, including PeopleSoft (People Asia) and related interfaces.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, human resources, or related disciplines.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Good knowledge of SQL, familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or other scripting languages is a plus.

4. Experience with HRIS applications (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.

5. Excellent communication skills

6. Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and business processes.
