Role Purpose 职位目的：
Finance Partner for IL5 portfolio in GSK China, supporting near and long-term value through strong financial insight.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
· Partner with Business Unit Head, China Leadership Team members, and Global Product Strategy teams to support strategic brand planning, portfolio decisions, and resource allocation.
· Support commercial strategy for IL5 portfolio in China. Clarify business case for launches, indications, label extensions and pipeline choices. Translate disease, patient flow, clinical, access, pricing and uptake assumptions into financial scenarios to support decision making.
· Lead financial planning activities across monthly forecasts, annual budgets, three-year plans, and long-range forecasts, ensuring alignment with business strategy and portfolio priorities.
· Lead pricing governance and pricing-related financial analysis, ensuring compliance with internal policies, external requirements, and profitability objectives.
· Support performance monitoring and timely decision making to deliver versus growth ambitions.
· Support BU head on resource allocation and tracking of ROI for IL5 portfolio. Monitor field force productivity and A&P effectiveness and steer dynamic resource allocation to support business growth.
· Own and strengthen the internal control framework, ensuring effective financial controls, compliance, risk management, and governance.
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
· Strong experience in commercial finance, business partnering, strategic planning
· Demonstrated experience supporting portfolio management, investment decisions, or product launches.
· Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
· Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
· Digitalization literacy
