岗位职责
1. 负责公司自动化设备上位机运动控制程序开发；
2. 依据设备设计方案开展软件设计、调试与测试工作；
3. 迭代优化现有产品，提供全方位技术支持；
4. 撰写开发文档、技术文档、操作使用手册等资料；
5. 面向设备使用部门开展操作培训，保障设备顺利投产。
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of upper-computer / PC-based motion control software for the company's automated equipment;
2. Carry out software design, debugging, and testing in accordance with equipment design specifications;
3. Iteratively optimize existing products and provide end-to-end technical support;
4. Author development documentation, technical documentation, operation & user manuals, and other deliverables;
5. Conduct operation training for equipment-using departments to ensure smooth production ramp-up.
岗位要求
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，电子科学与技术、通信、计算机科学等相关专业；
2. 拥有 3 年以上相关工作经验；精通 LabVIEW 软件开发，熟练掌握 TestStand、C/C++、C、Python 中至少一至两种编程语言；具备多轴协调控制等运动控制开发经验；
3. 熟悉 SQL Server 等数据库操作与网络通信模块；掌握 Modbus 等常用串行总线协议，精通 Socket 通信；熟悉数据库应用以及 XML、JSON 等数据结构；
4. 了解万用表、示波器、信号发生器等仪器控制、数据采集卡与传感器应用；
5. 能够参照硬件原理图制定测试方案，提升产线测试效率；
6. 拥有完整项目产品开发经验优先，英语四级及以上优先。
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time university, in Electronic Science & Technology, Communication, Computer Science, or a related major;
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience; proficient in LabVIEW development; skilled in at least one or two of TestStand, C/C++, C, and Python; hands-on experience in motion control development such as multi-axis coordinated control;
3. Familiar with database operations (e.g., SQL Server) and network communication modules; proficient in common serial bus protocols such as Modbus; expert in Socket communication; familiar with database applications and data structures such as XML and JSON;
4. Knowledge of instrument control (multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators), data acquisition (DAQ) cards, and sensor applications;
5. Able to formulate test plans based on hardware schematics to improve production-line test efficiency;
6. Full-cycle project / product development experience is preferred; CET-4 or above is preferred.
