岗位职责
岗位职责：
1.负责产品技术规划，新产品立项和开发
2.依据行业标准和市场需求, 主导输出产品技术规格，图纸，BOM, 测试规范
3.项目推进，协调技术难题攻关
4.追踪市场新产品技术动态，进行前瞻性开发工作和专利申请
5.主导客户技术沟通和DFM评审
6.团队建设和管理
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for product technology planning, new product initiation and development.
2.Lead the output of product technical specifications, drawings, BOM, and test specifications based on industry standards and market requirements.
3.Drive project progress and coordinate technical problem-solving efforts.
4.Track market trends in new product technologies, conduct forward-looking development work and patent applications.
5.Lead technical communication with customers and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) reviews.
6.Team building and management.

岗位要求
任职要求：
1.理工科硕士以上学历，三年以上连接器件设计经验
2.熟练使用机械设计软件，熟悉注塑和连接器材料特性
3.英语熟练
Qualifications:
1.Master's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, with over three years of experience in connector/component design.
2.Proficient in mechanical design software, familiar with injection molding and connector material properties.
3.Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
