光模块-生产经理

岗位职责
1、根据 PMC 生产计划，合理安排布置机台／生产线作业，保证按质，按量，按计划按工序组织生产。
2、负责光模块生产的人员、设备、材料的组织、调度、指挥，对生产过程出现的问题及时协调，异常及时上报；
3、主导车间成本管控，良率提升、效率提升、降低损耗计划，按照制定KPI完成各项指标；
4、建立和执行现场管理制度，推进7S现场管理制度；
5、审核产线报表、记录、单据等，确保记录和数据的及时、真实、可靠。
6、落实公司各项安全生产制度，开展安全检查及安全教育；
7、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

1. Reasonably arrange machine‑station and production‑line operations according to PMC production plans, and organize production in compliance with quality, quantity, schedule and process requirements;
2. Be responsible for the organization, scheduling and deployment of personnel, equipment and materials for optical‑module production. Timely coordinate on‑site production issues and escalate abnormalities without delay;
3. Lead workshop cost control, yield improvement, efficiency enhancement and loss‑reduction initiatives, and deliver all targets as per defined KPIs;
4. Establish and implement on‑site management rules, and promote the 7‑S management system;
5. Review production‑line reports, records and documents to ensure timeliness, authenticity and reliability of data and records;
6. Implement the company’s safety‑production regulations, conduct safety inspections and safety‑education activities;
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求
1、本科及以上学历，理工类（机械电子/物理/化学）等相关专业；
2、8年以上电子/半导体封装/汽车制造/自动化设备类大型制造业生产经理工作经验，有台资/日资企业生产管理经验者优先，管理幅度超过1000人；
3、熟悉精益生产管理、运营管理、成本控制等相关工作流程；
4、具备良好的计划、组织、协调、创新等管理能力。

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in Science and Engineering (Mechatronics / Physics / Chemistry) or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 5 years of Production Manager working experience in large‑scale manufacturing industries including electronics, semiconductor packaging, automobile manufacturing and automation‑equipment sectors. Prior production‑management experience in Taiwan‑funded or Japanese‑funded enterprises is preferred, with a management scope of over 600 employees;
3. Well‑versed in workflows of lean production management, operation management and cost control;
4. Demonstrate solid management capabilities in planning, organization, coordination and innovation.
