Job Responsibilities:
Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting and financial analysis for special projects and non-gaming events
Prepare revenue, sales mix, expense, variance and post-event analyses for management review
Monitor project costs, milestones and deliverables, and support monthly project status reporting and financial dashboards
Support Event / department budget consolidation, cash management analysis and cost-efficiency initiatives
Maintain accurate financial documentation and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on project finance matters
Job Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems or related disciplines
At least 4-6 years of relevant experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial analysis or project finance
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, analytical ability, attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills
Knowledge of Treasury operations is preferred. CPA, CFA or other relevant professional qualifications are also preferred. Experience in project administration, technology-related initiatives, gaming, or hospitality operations is an advantage
