Deputy/ Anti-Fraud Manager (Customer Education and Promotion)

Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, and synthesize information and data from various channels to analyze, monitor, and report on the latest fraud trends.

Formulate internal and external anti-fraud publicity and education work plans, and track their effectiveness.

Liaise with various partners to coordinate and promote internal and external anti-fraud publicity and education initiatives.

Maintain close contact with partners—including frontline, the police, and other relevant authorities—to handle anti-fraud related matters.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above.

Minimum 3 years of relevant banking work experience or experience in publicity and education preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish excellent business partnerships with internal and external units.

Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.

Ability to work independently and self-motivate.

Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
