Key Roles and Responsibilities
 Carry out daily preventive and corrective machine
maintenance, emergency repair and E&M trouble shooting;
 Prepare machines / equipment maintenance plan and
preventive maintenance schedule;
 Develop latest maintenance approach for improving
machinery down time;
 Coordinate with other departments to support
manufacturing operation and ensure machine safety;
 Monitor and manage the contractor activities and machine
installations are in accordance with statutory requirements
and standards (IQ, OQ and PQ);
 Liaise and coordinate with engineering contractors and
machine suppliers;
 Document proper records to comply with PIC/S GMP
requirements.
Qualification and Experience
 Higher Diploma / Diploma in Electronic / Mechanical /
Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
 Knowledge in PLC programming, hydraulics and
pneumatics systems;
 Minimum 3–6 years related working experience in
automation machine installation and maintenance;
 Familiar with electrical control circuits is an advantage;
 Strong analytical ability with excellent solving problem skill;
 Knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office;
 Cleanroom knowledge and PIC/S GMP experience are
definite advantages;
 Candidates with less experience will be considered as
