Key Roles and Responsibilities
 Develop, implement and maintain the documentation
system, including the Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs) and other production documents (MBPR);
 Maintain adequate and accurate records for controlling and
monitoring conformity to specified PIC/S GMP and statutory
requirements;
 Monitor the production process to ensure compliance with
PIC/S GMP standards;
 Organize production schedule to ensure smooth and efficient
production operation;
 Solve any practical problems in manufacturing;
 Provide staff training, team supporting and coaching;
 Maintain the daily operation and ad-hoc functions of
Production Department;
 Coordinate with other departments on production schedule
and validation arrangement;
 Monitor the daily production activities to ensure efficient
delivery of the production schedule;
 Manage maintenance of production facilities and equipment.
Qualification and Experience
 Higher Diploma or above in Pharmaceutical Science,
Science or related disciplines;
 For Senior Production Officer, 4 years’ or above work
experience in PIC/S GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing,
including 1 year in production supervisory role;
 For Production Officer, 2 years’ work experience in PIC/S
GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing;
 For Assistant Production Officer, relevant experience in GMP
pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred, fresh graduate
will be considered;
 Analytical, critical thinking ability, with a commitment to
efficiency;
 Ability to develop rapport with various levels of stakeholders
to ensure engagement to the objectives of the production
team;
 Well versed in MS Office;
 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
