岗位职责
【Key Responsibilities】:
1. Project Management & Business Growth (20%)
- Utilize project management expertise to support business development and maintain project success.
- Build and lead teams to achieve project objectives.

2. Cross-functional Coordination (20%)
-Act as the key liaison among internal R&D teams, factories, and customers to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

3. Leadership & Communication (10%)
- Provide leadership in resolving technical, production, and business-related challenges.
- Effectively communicate across teams to drive alignment and solutions.

4. Cost Management & Optimization (20%)
- Lead cost analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

5. NPI (New Product Introduction) Management (20%)
- Oversee NPI projects with strong project management methodologies.
- Ensure seamless transition from development to mass production.

6.Project Review & Escalation (10%)
- Organize regular review meetings to track progress, quality, and cost performance.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to executive management when necessary.

岗位要求
1. 具消費性電子相關產業經驗尤佳
2. 熟專案軟體Project 2000及PMP相關證照尤佳
3. 具備良好英文溝通和書寫能力
