岗位职责

负责 Windows 平台底层系统性能、功耗、延迟专项优化，覆盖内核调度、内存管理、存储栈、定位并解决系统卡顿、内存泄漏、CPU / 功耗异常、窗口刷新率控制等底层问题。

基于计算机体系结构知识（CPU 微架构、缓存、内存层次、异构 XPU），开展指令流水线、访存带宽、核心调度、NUMA 相关性能分析，设计可落地的系统调优方案，输出量化指标与测试报告。

使用 Windows 性能工具栈（WPR/WPA、Xperf、DebugView、WinDbg）进行性能采样、追踪系统调用，建立性能基线，构建自动化性能 / 功耗测试套件，持续监控系统指标。

参与 PC 端侧 AI 推理、异构调度、内存压缩、交换管理等特性的系统适配优化，协同模型、固件、硬件团队，解决端侧模型推理时延、内存占用、功耗冲突问题。

撰写技术设计文档、测试用例、故障分析报告；参与跨团队技术评审，对接硬件、BIOS、合作伙伴完成 POC 验证与技术攻关。

岗位要求

本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化相关专业，扎实的计算机体系结构基础，熟悉 CPU、缓存、内存、IO、中断、多核同步原理。

3 年及以上 Windows 底层开发 / 系统优化经验，熟悉 Windows 内核架构，了解进程 / 线程、虚拟内存、IO 管理器、电源管理框架。

具备 Windows 驱动开发 / 调试经验，熟悉Windows驱动开发框架，能够使用 WinDbg 进行内核 dump 分析，独立定位蓝屏、死锁、驱动挂起等问题。

熟练使用 WPR/WPA 等 Windows 性能分析工具，能够独立完成性能瓶颈定位，输出量化优化方案。

熟悉 C/C++ 编程，了解汇编基础；具备良好的问题拆解能力，擅长复现偶现、底层疑难问题。

优先加分项

有笔记本 / PC 整机功耗、低延迟模式、刷新率控制、ACPI/BIOS 协同调优经验。

熟悉 Rust 驱动开发、WSL 架构、WinML、端侧大模型推理系统优化。

有内存压缩、swap 管理、系统启动优化、系统镜像裁剪实战经验。

熟悉异构计算（XPU/GPU）调度

有跨国技术协作经验，能够阅读英文技术文档，撰写中英双语技术方案。
