Manager - Procurement Process and Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional standardization initiatives and review operational performance

R&D on procurement process optimization and digital initiatives (ERP/P2P, automation tools)

Develop global sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings

Manage supplier performance and drive strategic partnerships

Strengthen procurement governance, KPI tracking, and spend transparency

Requirements:

Minimum 8–12+ years in procurement/supply chain

Strong experience in indirect procurement and global sourcing

Proven track record in cost optimization and transformation

Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)

Frequent business travel is required (e.g. Mainland China, Vietnam etc.)
