Manager - IT R&D

Responsibilities:

Define and manage data architecture (data models, pipelines, integration, governance) for analytics and reporting

Drive R&D and tabletop research on emerging technologies, tools, and development practices (with focus on Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise applications)

Translate new technologies into practical, deployable solutions with measurable business impact

Establish standardized development frameworks and conduct training for regional teams

Support country development teams with technical expertise and problem-solving

Manage application development projects from planning to delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in application development, IT R&D, or innovation roles

Strong expertise in development tools, practices, and system lifecycle management

Strong expertise in Microsoft solutions (Azure, Power Platform, M365, Copilot Studio) to support business initiatives

Passion for learning, researching, and exploring new technologies and methods

Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Travel to China and overseas is required.
