Responsibilities:

Responsible for property valuation, researches, land acquisition and planning land administrative matters associated with property development in HK

Carry out project feasibility studies and provide recommendations on investment potentials of development projects

Conduct external and internal data for property market analysis and prediction

Assist in preparing reporting and presentations

Requirements:

Degree or above in Surveying with member of the HKIS or RICS

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in valuation, property acquisition or related field

Good knowledge of relevant property law, prevailing public and private sector valuation and compensation policies and practices

Well-organized, good communication & interpersonal skill
