Job Summary

Department Digitalization Specialist;

Sample order management for in-house and trading parts;

Roles and Responsibilities

AI Technology Application & Solution Implementation: Proactively explore, evaluate, and introduce AI tools to optimize the department's daily work, including data analysis & Insights, workflow automation.

Empowerment with Digital Tools/Systems: Be responsible for the in-depth application and promotion of the department's existing digital tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration platforms); Evaluate and recommend new tools or digital solutions to improve team collaboration and information management.

Order content clarification/verification, e.g. check order type, check customer specific request on parts labeling, content of description, completion of order check list

Order processing and system operation, incl. order forwarding and release to SAP, SAP project definition/creation, SAP project release and confirmation

Coordination and communication with sales, development, sample shop, PS Germany and logistics departments, incl. order status tracking and coordination to achieve the delivery date

Inventory control and deadstock avoidance

Support of regular topics, eg. KPI reporting, volume & sales forecasting BP and CF, etc.

Support digitization reporting, eg. Tableau, PowerBI

Job Qualification:
Qualifications Requirement

Bachelor or Master degree with a background in sales, manufacturing, engineering, international trade or other

Team player with high flexibility, ability to convince others and negotiation skills

Structured, reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility

Work experience in digital transformation, process optimization, IT consulting, or a related field.

SAP experience preferred, but not a must

Native Chinese speaker with a good command of English language (speaking and writing)

Cooperative, diligent, goal-oriented

Experience building applications on Low-code/No-code platforms

Good PowerPoint and presentation skills

Good Excel and Power BI skills
