职位概述：
作为研发技术支持工程师，你将加入我们充满活力的刻蚀产品总部，专注于先进刻蚀设备的开发、优化与验证工作。你将学习并运用等离子体物理、材料科学、化学等多学科知识，在资深工程师的指导下，参与产品设计、调试、优化及问题解决，为开发尖端半导体设备、满足客户工艺需求贡献力量。这是一个参与科技前沿、快速成长并实现个人价值的绝佳平台。
主要职责：
1. 系统的安装调试已经现场的技术支持
2. 软硬件功能参数定义，并结合不同场景的调试验证
3. 开发维护产品手册，标准化作业流程
4. 持续改善系统，提高系统稳定性、一致性，进而提升系统竞争力
1. ICP system installation at customer site, and onsite technical supporting and issue tracing;
2. Software/electrical new function specification definition and scenario testing;
3. Product manual compiling, and SOP, BKM (Best Known Methodology) releasing.
4. Poductivity CIP development and implementation
岗位要求：
1.硕士学历，自动化，机械，电气等相关理工科专业。
2.具备较强的抗压能力和解决问题的韧性。
3.优秀的英文读写能力，能阅读专业文献和技术文档。
4.积极主动，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神
5.对半导体设备行业充满热情，强烈的学习意愿和能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。
1. Master in automation, electrical and mechanical field;
2. Strong hand on working ability and system integration and testing ability;
3. Fluent English both in spoken and written, good Microsoft office skills;
4. Good communication and presentation skills, customer service orientation;
5. Learning ability and team spirit.
