Key Responsibilities:

1. 项目管理：对接项目需求，指定运维方案并协调资源确保项目执行，高效完成项目任务；

Project Management: Align with project requirements, formulate operation and maintenance plans, and coordinate resources to ensure project execution and efficient completion of project tasks.

2. 系统保障：负责厂内特气、大宗气体和化学品系统的安全、稳定运行及维护保养，制定应急响应预案；

System Assurance: Responsible for the safe and stable operation, maintenance of special gas, bulk gas and chemical systems in the plant, and formulate relevant operation and maintenance specifications.

3. 安全管理：严格执行EHS管理规范，主导安全培训、风险预防及危化品泄漏等一场事件的分析处理；

Safety Management: Strictly implement EHS management specifications, lead safety training, risk prevention, and emergency response for hazardous chemical leakage and other emergencies.

4. 成本控制：协助部门预算编制、成本管控及备件、耗材等资源的优化配置；

Cost Control: Assist in departmental budget preparation, cost control, and optimal allocation of resources such as spare parts and consumables.

5. 完成其他交办事项。

Complete other assigned tasks.

Key requirements:

1. 理工类本科以上学历，化学类相关专业优先，例如：化学工程与工艺、应用化学、材料化学等专业；

Bachelor degree or above in science and technology.

2. Microsoft Office 办公软件运用，如Excel、word、powerpoint 等。

Microsoft Office applications,such as Excel、word、powerpoint etc. 以及AutoCAD 及 Solidworks。

3.具备较强的沟通协调能力，团队意识出色。

Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent teamwork awareness.

4.责任心、可属性强。

High sense of responsibility and strong pressure resistance.
