工作职责:
1.Source and manage top creators globally, handle contracts and relationship maintenance, build a stable global creator pool.
2.Localize content and campaigns across markets, proofread, polish and adapt to local culture and user preferences.
3.Monitor global social trends and market changes, support localized operations and creator growth to boost regional influence.
4.Analyze operational data, provide regular reports and optimization solutions to improve overseas performance.
5.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver global creator projects and summarize replicable experience.
工作要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, 2027 graduate cohort. Fluent in business English; proficient in one additional foreign language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Thai, Portuguese, etc.).
2. Familiar with mainstream global social platforms and overseas entertainment trends; relevant internship experience or creator resources are preferred.
3. Strong logical thinking, data analysis and execution capabilities, with good teamwork spirit and a rigorous work attitude.
4. Passionate about cross-border content and creator business, sensitive to overseas internet trends and adaptable to multi-region business demands.
5. Equipped with solid cross-cultural awareness and communication skills to cooperate with global creators. 6.Priority will be given to those proficient in using AI agent capabilities.
