Deloitte’s ETP professionals in Hong Kong are leaders in guiding clients along the digital transformation lifecycle, from setting strategy and design to deployment and optimization. We help clients maximize value from their technology investments through end-to-end Agentic AI for Financial Transformation, market-leading SAP and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, and the integration of Agentic AI for finance. Work you will do
A. as an intern focusing on Oracle
• Business transformation advisory and provide value-driven services
• Deliver high quality work that tailors to the client's need
• Apply Deloitte's digital transformation methodologies and business models to better solve business problems
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and adapts to changing priorities
• Present an idea or case using clear and concise messaging, and support using appropriate data and tools
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
• Strengthen the Intelligent Enterprise Operation solutions through applying your background in Digital Transformation/Intelligence Enterprise Operation / Cloud Transformation / Core Modernization and relevant Deloitte methodology
• Conduct data-driven research and analysis to diagnose business problems, identify gaps and develop solutions
• Develop and share reusable assets that can be readily applied to new projects
• Recognize technology as a business enabler
B. as an intern focusing on SAP
• Structured thinking and fast learning in complex business environment to solve challenges with experienced know-how.
• Investigate and analyze client's situation and market's trends to tailor business and technical solutions by leveraging Deloitte advanced Assets and Tools
• Work in value-diversified background of colleagues and clients, keep empathy in mind to understand the true needs from client and colleagues.
• Leverage new technology (e.g. AI) to deliver high quality of service and product and drive transformation in an innovative way
• Applies training and relevant Deloitte methodology to support the implementation of SAP latest solutions
任职条件
• Preferred majors are Computer Science, Management Information System, SAP, Oracle, Data and analytics, AI relevant, Finance, Management Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management, Human Capital Management and other related majors
• Strong logical, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Be passionate about new technology (e.g. AI) and leveraging it to change the ways of working and thinking
• Always take the initiative, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure and travel
• Demonstrate leadership abilities with good organizing skills
• Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• A quick learner and strong team player
• Creative, flexible and self-confident
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Power Point and Excel
• Immediately Available is preferred
Internship Period: 6 months; Full-time preferred/ Part time 3+ days
