As a Medical Field Operation Trainee at Nestlé, you will gain comprehensive exposure to medical channel operations and field excellence practices. Through hands-on involvement in business analytics, medical projects, scientific activities, and cross-functional collaboration, you will develop strong commercial awareness, operational excellence capabilities, and stakeholder management skills while contributing to the growth of the nutrition business.
What You Will Do
1. Participate in cross-functional projects, supporting project execution, timeline management, progress tracking, and collaboration across Medical, Marketing, Sales, and other business functions.
2. Analyze medical operations and business performance data, generating insights to identify opportunities in market performance, medical channel effectiveness, and field execution excellence.
3. Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of medical and scientific activities, ensuring effective implementation and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
4. Contribute to medical field operations excellence by supporting process optimization, tool enhancement, and best-practice sharing to strengthen collaboration between Head Office and regional field teams.
5. Monitor key business priorities and consolidate field feedback, translating insights into actionable recommendations while supporting strategic business projects and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements
1. Full-time graduates (2026 or 2027 graduates) with bachelor's degree or above.
2. Strong analytical thinking and learning agility, with the ability to interpret data and identify business insights.
3. Good communication and collaboration skills with strong team spirit.
4. Proactive, accountable, adaptable, and willing to participate in cross-functional projects, with strong ownership and execution capability.
5. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
6. Willingness to pursue long-term career development at Nestlé and flexibility to work across different cities and locations when required.
