As a Finance & Control Management Trainee at Totole 太太乐, you will embark on a 24-month accelerated development journey designed to fast-track your growth and prepare you for future leadership opportunities in Finance. Through intensive onboarding, frontline sales experience, and structured rotations across key finance functions, you will gain valuable exposure to both business operations and financial management while contributing to initiatives that support business performance and decision-making.
What You Will Do
1. Complete structured rotations across key Finance & Control functions through a personalized development roadmap.
2. Support financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering activities to drive business performance.
3. Participate in finance transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement projects.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while building leadership capabilities and business acumen.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines, graduating in 2026 or 2027, or with 1 year or less of work experience.
2. Demonstrate strong analytical thinking, business curiosity, and a results-oriented mindset.
3. Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals.
4. Are passionate about learning, adaptable to new challenges, and eager to accelerate their growth.
5. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
6. Are willing to be assigned to different locations.
7. Are fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
8. Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
