【Key Responsibilities】
<p>1.Cooperative Management and Communication Coordination</p> <p>• As the primary contact person for partner relationships, responsible for daily communication and relationship maintenance; organize and facilitate governance meetings such as JSC (Joint Steering Committee) and Working Groups, including agenda setting, material preparation, meeting minutes, and action item tracking.</p> <p>• Ensure correct understanding and consistent implementation of cooperation agreement terms (milestones, data sharing, decision rights, IP obligations, etc.) by both parties.</p> <p>2.Project Execution and Cross-functional Collaboration</p> <p>• Work closely with internal functions including R&D, Clinical, CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance to ensure alignment between internal resources and external partnership strategies.</p> <p>• Lead the planning of deliverables timelines for collaborations, monitor progress, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions.</p> <p>• Stay vigilant regarding various compliance requirements specified in contracts, ensuring all collaboration-related activities such as data transfer are conducted legally and in compliance with regulations.</p> <p>3. Risk Management and Problem Solving</p> <p>• Identify operational risks and legal/contractual risks during cooperative implementation, and develop solutions or escalation recommendations.</p> <p>• Collaborate with BD as needed to facilitate interpretation or revision of contract terms.</p> <p>4. Business Support and Contract Execution</p> <p>• Support project transition from BD stage to post-deal integration.</p> <p>• Monitor and manage financial matters related to cooperation.</p> <p>• Assist in preparing periodic cooperation execution reports.</p>
【Qualifications】
<p>Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, biology, chemistry or related fields (preferably with master's or doctoral background).</p> <p>• 3-5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry, with specific experience in project management, BD/Ops, R&D or alliance management.</p> <p>• Familiar with drug development process from preclinical research → IND → early clinical development.</p> <p>• Prior experience in early-stage biopharma BD, technology transfer, or co-development/JV models, as well as experience in establishing alliance process systems is preferred.</p> <p>• Strong cross-functional coordination, project management and communication skills, able to manage partner expectations and guide consensus.</p> <p>• Proactive and stable working style, able to maintain momentum in high-pressure and ambiguous environments.</p> <p>• Excellent written and oral English skills.</p>
