工作內容
*Role: Junior Sales Trader – International Equities
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Trader to join our International Equities team. This
is an entry-level opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in global equity markets and a
desire to build a career in institutional sales and trading.
*Key Responsibilities:
1. Support senior sales traders in servicing institutional clients across global equity markets
2. Monitor market developments, with a focus on technology and AI-related sectors
3. Assist in trade execution, client communication, and idea generation
4. Prepare market updates, investment themes, and trading insights
5. Maintain strong coordination with research, trading, and sales teams
*Requirements:
1. Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, spoken and written
2. Fluent in Mandarin
3. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
4. Strong interest in equity markets, particularly technology and AI companies
5. Basic understanding of AI concepts, industry trends, and key public companies
6. Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to take instruction and learn quickly
7. Strong work ethic with willingness to start early and align with global market hours
