工作说明
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IPC, and customer quality standards in an EMS environment.
• Conduct supplier audits, process inspections, and failure analysis to improve product quality.
• Work closely with U.S. customers to meet quality expectations and resolve issues.
• Implement Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support optics-related manufacturing and quality control processes.

资格需求
• 2-6 years of experience in quality engineering (preferably in EMS or optics industries).
• Strong knowledge of PCBA, SMT, and final product testing processes.
• Experience with FAI, DOE, and root cause analysis (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for effective communication with U.S. teams.
