Institutional Application Support

职位描述
•Provide day-to-day application support for Global Markets, FICC, and
Asset Management business lines.

•Maintain and enhance the application monitoring platform to ensure
the stability and reliability of production systems.

•Liaise directly with business users to understand requirements and
translate them into actionable support solutions.

•Collaborate closely with development teams, and third-party vendors
to follow up on production issues and change requests.

•Provide support to the electronic trading platform, with working
knowledge of algorithmic strategies.

•Support the structured product platform, including product setup,pricing/valuation data flow, and lifecycle event
processing.

•Participate in and support the annual Business Continuity Planning
(BCP) and failover testing exercises.

职位要求
•Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related
discipline.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in application development or support.

•Skills in scripting languages (Python, Shell, and Windows Batch for
task automation and monitoring.

•Experience in Java, SQL, FIX message protocol, Linux.

•Experience in Bloomberg applications such as AIMS/TOMS, MiddleX,
Broadridge OMS.

•Experience in working with other upstream and downstream
applications.

•Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or cloud deployment
technologies.

•Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive,
willingness-to-learn attitude.

•A
proactive team player who can communicate clearly and confidently with
fast-paced business stakeholders.

•Excellent
communication skills in both English and Chinese.
