1. College degree or above, major in radio frequency and microwave.
2. 1-2 years experience in connector design.
3. Familiar with specifications and related standards of various series of RF coaxial connectors and RF cable components.
4. Understand the RF connector, cable assembly process, electroplating process, assembly process.
5. Skilled in using 2D, Solidworks and other mapping tools; Skilled in operating network analyzer and third-order intermodulator; Skilled in using English.
岗位职责：
1. RF theory design and mechanical structure design of connectors.
2. Mining patent technology, writing papers and drafting product standards;
3. Interpretation and preparation of professional foreign language materials.
4. Ability to communicate, communicate and organize with users and associates.
5. Ability to retrieve information, search and focus research in combination with the profession.
6. Investigate and collect technical information of this major at home and abroad, and make professional reports when necessary.
