Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans
Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive strategic initiatives
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape
Lead and mentor junior members of the Strategic Planning team
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
