Duties
Handle English speaking customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner
Support an exercise on collecting customer feedback
Requirements
DSE or above
1 year of relevant experience in customer service industry
Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
Good spoken English & Chinese
Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent
Day Shift duty is required including weekends and public holidays, 9 hours per day (usually 9am - 6pm)
Fresh graduates will also be considered
