岗位职责：
1. Assist in visual design projects for pharmaceutical products, including but not limited to promotional posters, scientific infographics, brochures, leaflets, manuals, and other online and offline communication materials.
2. Support asset coordination for domestic and international corporate websites and other platforms, ensuring published content is visually accurate, clear and unambiguous.
3. Participate in design requirement discussions, understand the scientific and academic positioning of pharmaceutical products, and ensure all designs comply with the Advertising Law of the People’s Republic of China, relevant pharmaceutical industry regulations, and the company’s brand guidelines.
4. Revise and optimize design drafts efficiently based on internal review feedback, with strict attention to the accuracy of text, data and medical symbols; complete design progress reports in a timely manner, update material handover status, and promptly escalate any issues identified.
5. Complete other ad hoc tasks related to pharmaceutical product design and promotional communication as assigned by supervisors.
任职要求：
1. Current undergraduate or postgraduate student; majors in Visual Communication Design, Illustration, Graphic Design, Digital Media Art or related fields are preferred. Internship experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare design is a plus.
2. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other professional design tools; able to independently complete graphic layout, poster design and print-ready artwork production. Skills in hand-drawing, vector illustration or 3D rendering are preferred.
3. Strong aesthetic sense and logical layout ability, with good command of typography, color and composition. Highly detail-oriented and able to adapt to a rigorous review and revision process.
4. Good English skills are preferred, especially for the production of overseas promotional materials or English scientific content.
5. Excellent communication and understanding skills, strong execution ability, responsible and team-oriented.
