Providing services for customer due diligence, including customer document review and verification, and data Analysis. Through Internal/External Communications to collect data and identify risk level. Establish and maintain effective relationship with customer business areas and identify areas of service improvements. Work is organized and processed / completed within agreed timescales. Ongoing monitoring and review of workflow and priorities are in accordance with procedures. 为客户提供尽职调查服务，包括资料审查，数据分析等。 日常工作包括通过电话联系客户或相关部门获取资料信息，进行客户筛选及风险评估。 建立与保持良好的客户关系并改善客户服务质素。 按规定时间完成分配的任务，紧跟公司程序监控工作流程。 College degree or above. Ability to speak and understand Cantonese/English fluently, and have good conversational / telephone skills. Ability to operate system and know about MS Office,e.g. Excel. Experience in customer request/queries is preferred. 大专或以上学历。 良好的英语及粤语读写说能力，以及良好的电话沟通能力。 良好的系统操作能力，懂得使用微软办公软件。 有客服/销售相关工作经验者优先考虑。
