客戶服務主任 (歡迎保險從業員)

Your role:

Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc

Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers

Handle and resolve the problem cases independently

Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

HKCEE / DSE or above in any disciplines

Holder of valid IIQE Paper 1 & 3 will be an advantage

Minimum of 2 years' experience in retails sales, customer service, or insurance industry, with at least 1 year in Employee Benefits preferred

Shift duty is required (No overnight shift)
