Senior Data Centre Operator

Your Role

Provide operational support for data centre services

Monitor the healthiness on the facilities, network, system, and application

Perform first-line troubleshooting and issue resolution

Support Whitespace management, Data Rack setup and Network cross-connections

Incident handling and escalation to upper tier

Responds to incidents, including escalation to relevant second-tier team when required

Prepare and deliver operational reports in a timely manner

Ensure SLA achievement and maintain regular communication with clients

Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality, and service delivery

To Succeed in the Role

Form 5 / DSE graduate, diploma holder or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline

Experience in data centre operations, NOC operations, or the telecommunications industry is preferred

Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Willing to work on a 24x7 shift roster and support emergency operational requirements as needed
