Responsibilities:
Assist in understanding business models and operational workflows
Support the identification of process gaps and improvement opportunities
Prepare PRDs and user flow documentation
Assist in data definition and metric tracking
Support product training for Mainland sales teams
Requirements:
Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Interest in real estate is an advantage
Detail-minded, responsible, and willing to learn
Good communication skills and a team player
