Typical Accountabilities

Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution)

Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles

Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites

Alignment with client SOP / legal templates

Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Legal Background

Prefer MS Degree

At least >3 years Clinical Trial Site Contracting Experience

Excellent Communication skill, Writing and PPT
