工作总结

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a [Distribution Global Commodity Manager (GCM)] located in [Shanghai Zhangjiang, China].

What a typical day looks like:

Serve as primary Distribution commodity lead for North China region.

Develop and execute distribution sourcing strategies to optimize cost, supply continuity, lead time, and inventory performance across authorized distributors and regions.

Manage strategic relationships with global and regional distribution partners, performance improvement, and business growth.

Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, payment terms, rebates, inventory programs, design registration, supplier-managed inventory (SMI), and value-added services to maximize competitiveness and profitability and achieve commodity KPIs.

Drive supply assurance and risk mitigation initiatives by monitoring allocation risks, geopolitical exposures, E&O management, inventory health, and business continuity plans across the distribution network.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve supply constraints, expedite critical requirements, and improve overall supply assurance.
