工作总结
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.


To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Facilities Manager located in Shanghai Waigaoqiao.

Manages, coordinates and oversees various functions for both organizations of the facilities and EHS, production simple installation per IE planning, know about administration is better. The responsibilities are included in operation and maintenance, design and technical specification development, construction and installations for production, office, warehouse, equipment and the other facility infrastructure.

What a typical day looks like:

Lead organizations to provide an effective and professional facility and EHS services to support company business.

Act as key interface and conduct effective communications with senior management, production departments and the other supporting functions in the company.

Controls environment, health and safety, building design, constructions, installations and maintenance.

Supervises maintenance and alteration of all areas and equipment in the buildings as well as layouts, arrangements, and housekeeping of all facilities.

Operates and maintain in a cost effective manner all the mission critical installations such as clean rooms, DI water system, wastewater treatment system, air scrubbers, chemical stores, mechanical installations, piping and noise reduction facilities.

Analyses and standardizes various EHS and facilities procedures to improve efficiencies.

Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.

Plans, budgets and schedules various facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts and contracts for construction and acquisitions.

Coordinates purchase orders within budget guidelines and files monthly reports to accounting, corporate, and/or facilities management.

Develops long-term plans, conceptual designs and capital outlay requirements and documentation for various facilities.

Oversees development and updating of the Disaster Recovery Plan and ensures site readiness.

Oversees EHS programs, such first aid and First Responder program, Hazmat, Lock-out/Tag-out, chemical handling safety, MSDS data sheets, compliance to OSHA regulations and so on.

Assigns duties for subordinates and examines work for conformance to policies and procedures.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

College Degree or above, majored in engineering or related.

Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities and EHS or related field, and at least 5 years in manager position.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
