About us
Your Contribution
Production Technology Development: develop and optimize manufacturing technologies and processes to support product roadmaps and industrialization objectives.
Equipment Specification, Qualification and Integration: support specification, selection, qualification, and commissioning of new manufacturing and metrology equipment.
Automation and Manufacturing Excellence: develop automation concepts to improve productivity, quality, and cost competitiveness.
Supplier Management and Technology Evaluation: participate in supplier scouting, technical assessments, and benchmarking activities.
Project Management: lead assigned work packages within development and industrialization projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with Product Management, Operations, NPI, Quality, Purchasing, and Strategy teams.
Your Profile
Master degree in Engineering
10 years of experience in production technology, process development, automation, or equipment engineering.
Proven experience with industrial equipment qualification, production ramp-up, and process optimization.
Experience working with international suppliers and cross-functional project teams.
