Senior Revenue Management Manager

About the Role:

Support Revenue & Trade management team to drive the Ferrero Business by organizing commercial data, analyzing business, developing commercial reports, and defining strategy and guideline

Main Responsibilities:

Commercial Intelligence and Reporting

Monthly sales performance tracking and review

Yearly markdown planning and communication

Festival performance tracking and review

Support yearly planning cycle incl. business diagnosis, value chain structurization, RTM model shift, investment enhancement /optimization, etc.

Develop the relevant dashboards and regular commercial reports to support trade understanding and commercial decision making

Ensure data availability, quality and commercial insights

Trade System & data management (i.e. MyPS/DMI/In-Store/POS)

Manage trade related data i.e. POS, DMI, MyPS, eVert etc., when available, and promote their adoption

Drive commercial excellence according to global blueprint

Customer Planning

Co-lead with Sales, Customer Development team to define customer investment and activity plan

About You:

8+yrs of Working Experience in Revenue Management, Planning & Performance Management, Business Intelligence in FMCG industry is mandatory, Food & Beverage is preferred

Strong business acumen, understand FMCG trade flow

Knowledge of trade spending, value chain, Trade Marketing and Sales operation process and Route-to-market

Cross functional projects management skills, leadership skills, strong analytical skills and logic thinking;

English– fluent
