SC07 海外制造工程师（新加坡·医疗器械方向）/ Overseas Manufacturing Engineer (Singapore, Medical Device)(J19016)

岗位职责
1、新产品海外落地的工程牵引者：全流程参与新产品及存量产品向海外EMS工厂的导入与转移，推动产品从“设计完成”走向“稳定量产”；
2、海外制造能力的建设者：将迈瑞的产品设计要求和制造标准，转化为EMS工厂可执行、可验证的工艺与工程能力；
3、现场技术难题的攻坚者：作为海外制造现场工程问题的主要责任接口，深入一线推动复杂技术异常快速定位、有效解决；
4、工程变更与配置一致性的把关者：保障设计、工艺和产品配置变更在海外工厂准确、及时、受控地落地；
5、制造绩效持续改善的推动者：通过数据分析和现场改善，持续提升海外制造过程的质量、效率与稳定性；
6、总部与EMS之间的工程协同枢纽：打通总部与海外工厂之间的工程协作链路，推动跨组织、跨专业、跨文化问题高效解决。
1、Engineering Lead for New Product Overseas Launch: Participate end-to-end in the introduction and transfer of new and existing products to overseas EMS factories, driving products from design freeze to stable mass production；
2、Builder of Overseas Manufacturing Capabilities: Translate Mindray’s product design requirements and manufacturing standards into executable and verifiable processes and engineering capabilities at EMS factories；
3、Troubleshooter for On-site Technical Issues: Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for overseas manufacturing sites, dive into frontline operations to enable rapid root-cause identification and effective resolution of complex technical deviations；
4、Gatekeeper for Engineering Changes and Configuration Consistency: Ensure design, process and product configuration changes are implemented accurately, timely and in a controlled manner at overseas factories；
5、Driver of Continuous Manufacturing Performance Improvement: Improve the quality, efficiency and stability of overseas manufacturing processes continuously via data analysis and on-site lean initiatives；
6、Engineering Collaboration Hub between Headquarters and EMS Partners: Streamline the engineering collaboration workflow between headquarters and overseas factories, and facilitate efficient resolution of cross-organizational, cross-disciplinary and cross-cultural issues.

岗位要求
1、硕士及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化、测控与仪器、工业工程、材料工程、生物工程等专业；
2、中英文均可以作为工作语言，具备良好的技术文档阅读能力，及流畅的口头工作沟通能力；
3、有良好的沟通、协调、项目管理能力及团队协作精神；
4、具有较强的逻辑思维及问题分析及处理能力，善于总结；具有较强的风险识别能力；
5、拥有在制造业实习经历，已经初步了解制造的场景者优先。
1、Master's degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Measurement, Control and Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Bioengineering or related fields；
2、Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese for daily work; competent in reading technical documents and fluent in verbal business communication；
3、Strong communication, coordination and project management skills, with good teamwork awareness；
4、Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis and resolution capability, good at experience summarization; strong risk identification capability；
5、Prior manufacturing internship experience with basic understanding of manufacturing environment is preferred.
