岗位职责
1. You will execute quality assurance processes throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory standards also manage product regulatory requirements and customer quality expectations, ensuring clear communication and integration into factory processes.
2. You will proactively identify, manage, and mitigate product and process quality risks using systematic approaches like Failure Modes and Ećects Analysis also design and implement standardized processes and quality systems to prevent errors and enhance product quality.
3. You will lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving and corrective actions also contribute to audits, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements and regulatory standards.
4. You will develop and implement control plans to monitor and maintain quality throughout production, driving continuous improvement and promote a Zero-Defect Mindset by supporting training programs and fostering a culture of proactive error identification and resolution.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

岗位要求
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (e.g., ISO).
3. Proficiency in failure mode and ećects analysis (FMEA), advanced product quality planning (APQP), and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement ećective solutions.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and levels of the organization.
