岗位职责
◆ Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the followings:
◆ Consumer Insight Evolvement: Lead on advance customer research methodologies development — including ongoing U&A and need-state tracking—to accurately capture and anticipate emerging category trends.
◆ Portfolio strategy development: Define product platform propositions, strategic product roles, and pricing architecture
◆ Strategic Incubation: Continuously navigate, identify, and pilot incremental business opportunities to future-proof and update the category strategy.
岗位要求
◆ Business analytics/ Portfolio management experience preferred, expect to have strong strategic thinking and business analytics skill to generate business insights and actionable improvement plan
◆ Strong communication skill and project management capability to collaborate with cross functions and drive new project implementation
◆ Strong ownership with sense of urgency
◆ Consulting or Business Analytics experience preferred
◆ Good storytelling skill preferred
◆ Coffee lover and Starbucks brand lover preferred
