岗位职责
基本职能和职责包括但不限于:
• Identifies and measures the correct type and amount of raw materials and records usage information.
• 确保在生产过程中使用正确品种和数量的原材料,并确保相应的记录.
• Loads green coffee into the Green Coffee Cleaning and Green Coffee Silo Storage system. Ensures inventory accuracy. Maintains records and completes map of incoming product dock (IPD) for green coffee.
• 装配生咖啡豆到咖啡清洁系统和生豆储罐,确保存货量的准确性.确保生咖啡豆的记录完整并定义其位置库存图.
• Informs appropriate manufacturing partners and supervisor of machine performance irregularities to minimize the impact of production downtime. Minimizes production scrap.
• 在设备或生产线发生异常时通知相应的伙伴或直线经理,以最大程度的降低停机时间和产品的报废
• Operates the green coffee platform of the roasting system. Assesses current and future schedule requirements against actual loading. Maintains records.
• 操作生豆进料系统，配合生产计划进行操作并确保记录的完整性
• Supports cost reduction goals by identifying and acting upon potential roadblocks and process improvement to reduce downtime, scrap, and product not meeting specifications. Blends coffee in accordance with established guidelines.
• 通过识别可能的阻碍和工艺改善的机会点，降低停机时间，减少报废和不合格产品的数量，以达成成本节约的目标。根据标准要求操作咖啡回料系统。
• Performs troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for the loading station and green coffee silo storage areas.
• 对咖啡进料和储罐系统进行预防性维护和故障跟踪。
• Advises maintenance partners of conditions impairing safe and correct operation of green coffee loading and transfer systems.
• 协助维修专员应对影响生豆进料和传输系统正常和安全运行的状况。
• Works in accordance with established safety and sanitation procedures and guidelines.

• Inspects product packaging to ensure that appearance, seals and labels conform to established standards. Ensures that cases and pallets are configured safely and in accordance with standards.

• Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment. Sweeps floors, empties trash and cleans machinery.

• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Maintains scheduled production throughput to meet team goals for reliability and budget standards. Completes required documentation.

• Uses wrapping machines, pallet jacks and other equipment to prepare pallets of product for movement.

Ability to understand written and verbal policies and guidelines, specifications and safety standards
能够理解公司的各项政策，准则，标准和安全规范
• Familiarity with British Retail Consortium (BRC), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards
熟悉BRC,GMP,HACCP,可以进行危害分析
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Internet environments, basic math skills
• 熟练使用Microsoft Windows 操作系统和网络，基本的数学计算能力
• Ability to gather, record, and report on operational and quality metrics, through manual or automated systems

• Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies and guidelines
