岗位职责
Professional Expertise
Provides professional expertise that benefits Starbucks
◆ Executes the product development innovation process from end to end.
◆ Manages the commercialization and scale up activities.
◆ Understands business and performance metrics and what’s needed to drive the business.
◆ Applies strategic thought and decision making for the benefit of the business.
◆ Utilizes knowledge and relationships internally and externally to solve problems.
Product innovation
◆ From new idea generates and prototype design to final product launch at store, driven by consumer insight and mkt insight. Fulfill yearly launch calendar.
◆ Work closely with tech. insight team to collect / down load and apply industry insight / new tech. to new product innovation projects.
◆ Engage with concept team to translate and land new concept / prototype to lab sample which could be commercialized.
Supply management:
◆ Continue enhance supplier’s innovation capability and leverage their industry expertise to serve new product development agenda.
◆ Work closely with suppliers to predict potential risk / solve problems, ensure new products smoothly launch.
◆ Support strategy supplier base maintain and new supplier development
Commercialization:
◆ Lead trial run / shelf life test and technical file / spec. setup / complete in different commercialization stage of new ingredients and products.
◆ Cost control at new product develop stage, make sure profit meet target.
◆ Support second supplier development to mitigate risk
◆ Support QA / RA to ensure quality control and compliance.
Project management
◆ Well timeline control at different new product development stage and on time deliver result.
◆ Leverage and integrate resource to enhance project management efficiency
◆ Good interaction in cross-functional team to make sure project has progress and clear information transformation.
岗位要求
◆ Degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related scientific discipline.
◆ Deep knowledge and experience of product development and manufacturing scale up of food and beverage products, deep knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance in food & beverage industry, more than 8 years of working experience in food & beverage industry
◆ Strong collaboration and problem solving skills, good team player with strong accountability, good project management skills
◆ Strong communication skills, effective storytelling skills, fluent in both English & Chinese,
◆ Experience in leading others directly or indirectly, ability to lead and grow others is preferred, able to collaborate and influence stakeholders externally
◆ Passionate & resilient, curious in everyday life
◆ Culinary experience will be preferred
