职位描述
工作职责：
负责3M单面胶带及胶粘剂类产品在终端客户的导入工作；主要行业涉及：汽车零部件，新能源电池，IoT,低空经济，具身智能，数据中心等各类高增长行业。
对已有大客户的项目跟进，供应链跟踪与服务。
通过分析客户工艺过程与自动化发展趋势与路径，解决客人制程中的难点以及提供增值解决方案，推广3M胶粘方案。
以全国范围内的新业务机会开发为主要工作。
基本要求：
大学本科或以上学历，化工，高分子材料或机械专业；
3年以上工业领域销售经验，了解工业客户生产制程与自动化方案， 熟悉汽车或电子行业材料导入与胶粘剂业务尤佳；
良好的英语沟通能力及计算机操作技能。

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for introducing 3M single-sided tapes and adhesive products to end customers.
Target industries include automotive components, new energy batteries, IoT, low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, data centers, and other high-growth sectors.
Follow up on projects with existing key accounts, and provide supply chain tracking and support services.
Analyze customers’ manufacturing processes, automation development trends, and implementation paths to address process challenges and provide value-added solutions.
Promote 3M adhesive solutions to customers.
Focus primarily on developing new business opportunities nationwide.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
More than 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector.
Understanding of industrial customers’ manufacturing processes and automation solutions.
Experience in material qualification/introduction and adhesive business in the automotive or electronics industries is preferred.
Good English communication skills and computer proficiency.
